Delivery information

Christmas 2025 and New Year 2026:

Please order as early as possible. For delivery before Christmas (stock dependent) orders MUST be placed by midday on Tuesday 16th December. Orders after this date may be despatched, but pre-Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed.

IMPORTANT: No orders will be processed after 18th December until we re-open on Monday 5th January 2026. Orders placed during this period will be prioritised according to the date they were placed. Any further delays with an order will be notified when we re-open on the 5th January - stock will be allocated on a 'first come, first served' basis during the Closure Period.

General Delivery Terms:

We AIM for delivery on all of our stock products in two to three working days to mainland UK destinations (excluding weekends, Bank Holidays, Easter closure period, Christmas closure period as above, or adverse weather conditions).

If you have claimed VAT exemption on your order, the delivery time is subject to us checking and accepting the  VAT Declaration Form you completed during your order; if any details are incomplete, you will be asked to re-submit another form which may delay shipment of your order. If you do not meet the eligibility criteria we will contact you. 

Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will not be processed until Monday. We always maintain the highest possible stock levels. 

  1. We will reply to all prospective customers by email if, due to local holiday times, or stock availability, an order may be delayed. We will state the reason for any delay and length of the delay and we will offer the opportunity to cancel an order at this time.
  2. PLEASE NOTE- This does not include products within "Furniture". Furniture is made to order. Please see individual products for estimated manufacturing and delivery times. Delivery charges apply to products grouped under "Furniture".
     
  3. Orders with a sub total of £35 excluding VAT and over, for delivery to a standard UK address, will not be charged P&P* (excluding areas listed below). For orders below £35 excluding VAT, carriage of £5.99 is charged. This charge is the same regardless of the number of items on the order and helps to cover the cost of picking, packing, carriage and the packaging for your order. Your delivery may be made by secure courier and a signature may be required on delivery; courier delivery is used for all orders qualifying for free delivery due to the order value. As a signature is required on delivery where a courier delivery is used you may wish to consider an alternative delivery address such as a work address.
  4. For orders to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Island, some specific Scottish postcodes and the Isle Of Man the carriage charge will be £9.99 (inc VAT) for all orders. For all other areas, please contact us on 0845 260 7061 or info@otstores.co.uk We are unable to ship to Northern Ireland, or Ireland, or the Channel Islands at the present time following the impact of Brexit carrier changes, costs and implications; we hope to resolve this as soon as we can 
     
  5. We are currently only offering delivery weekdays, no weekend delivery is available. 
     
  6. If you would prefer to collect from our premises please contact us by E Mailing info@otstores.co.uk to make arrangements. Collection must be pre-arranged/ pre-booked and will be between Monday and Thursday only. No collections will be available after 18th December until Monday 5th January.
