Christmas 2025 and New Year 2026:

Please order as early as possible. For delivery before Christmas (stock dependent) orders MUST be placed by midday on Tuesday 16th December. Orders after this date may be despatched, but pre-Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed.

IMPORTANT: No orders will be processed after 18th December until we re-open on Monday 5th January 2026. Orders placed during this period will be prioritised according to the date they were placed. Any further delays with an order will be notified when we re-open on the 5th January - stock will be allocated on a 'first come, first served' basis during our Closure Period.

The original family business has it's roots way back in the 1980's supplying unique bedroom devices to enable the elderly to stay independent in their own home.

In 1996 OTS Ltd (OT Stores) was formed to offer a wider range of British & Danish products to Local Authority Housing departments, we currently supply to over 70% of Local Authorities in the UK, plus a large growing sector of NHS Hospitals, PCT and small & large charities, plus individuals looking for quality, value for money and professional advice.

Our HQ offices and warehouse are based on the borders of Herefordshire & Worcestershire.

Our dedicated technical support team is led by a qualified Occupational Therapist; Sue Allen qualified over 25 years ago, and initially worked in the NHS, Social Services, and a Care Support Team within AXA PPP Lifetime Care, before choosing to specialise in equipment advice and provision. Therefore, you can be sure of using Sue’s experience and expertise when you are choosing from our range. Our team can offer advice, information and any additional technical specifications you require to help you make the most appropriate choices in relation to your own circumstances. We are always happy to talk through any uncertainties you may have prior to placing your order, helping you to consider whether a product will be suitable to your own individual needs.
